Food poisoning | voedselvergiftiging I got a poke bowl here on the 28th of December (I know the review is a little late, but better late than never, since it is important to warn others). I built my own bowl and as the protein, I chose their slow cooked beef. Unfortunately, I got food poisoning from this and spent the night in bed with cramps, nausea and diarrhea. I wasn't able to get anything down the days after this as I was still very sick. This was very unfortunate, as I had to spend NYE on the couch eating nothing but dry crackers and drinking water. I'm very disappointed, I love the menu of the store and the atmosphere, but after this experience, together with the 2-3 other reviews stating food poisoning/severe stomach problems, I will not be returning to this place and recommend anyone else to stay away.

Very nice experience. We decided to create our own bowls instead of choosing the ones that already exist. We chose the regular size. The pokes were great. And the starters were amazing!

Really fresh and delicious! The staff was friendly as well, nice ambiance for dining in. It's just a pity that half of the topping is just cucumbers and spring onions. I guess we could've ordered another menu, but we could barely taste the salmon. A suggestion is to add 1 more topping that has a bit of taste (like pickled something) because all of them are bland.

Terrible customer service. The menu does not have sufficient information about what the vegan meal contains. Upon receiving something that looks and tastes exactly like fish, they claim that it is vegan fish (which was not mentioned on the menu or details of the dish). I called to request to change, and the owner of the restaurant was very rude, was not willing to listen to the concern and disconnected the call mid-way. This used to be my favorite restaurant in Den Bosch, certainly never eating from here again. For the amount that I paid for the meal and the experience I have had, I would never recommend this to anyone ever again. My advice: please be more empathetic towards customers specially if they are vegan/vegetarian and listen to them before screaming at them.

The food was decent and it's nice they have a few tables to eat inside. They offer a menu in Dutch and in English. The menus can be a bit invisible just as you're walking in - they are small, single sheet, right on top of the counter + one at each table.
